Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Longton, providing high-quality metal cutting, bending and welding solutions to a wide range of clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator with Fanuc experience to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Programming CNC machines using Fanuc controls
  • Setting and operating CNC machinery
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Selecting appropriate tooling and setting offsets
  • Producing components to tight tolerances
  • Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Carrying out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Operator
  • Strong working knowledge of Fanuc CNC control systems (essential)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience working to tight tolerances
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
