Overview
We are looking for a driven Production Team Leader to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bondgate (WF8).
As a Production Team Lead, you will be a key leader on the production floor, directly responsible for a team. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production lines and processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage shift resources, deliver on KPIs, and motivate your team to achieve production targets.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is £36,804.77pa (Basic £33,458.88 + shift allowance £3,345.89)
- £16.85ph (Basic £15.32ph + shift allowance £1.53p)
- £25.27ph Overtime rates after 42 hours worked
- 3 on 3 off Shift pattern Rotating Days and Nights 07:00 to 19:00 & 19:00 to 07:00
- Permanent role and working on average 42 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a production team on shift, ensuring safe working practices.
- Manage shift resources to deliver production plans and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee production line operations, supporting changeovers and asset care.
- Conduct training, performance reviews, and team development.
- Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ideally you will be an experienced production team leader with at least 1 year experience.
- Strong people management skills and solid technical awareness of manufacturing equipment.
- You will be a decisive problem-solver, comfortable working in a dynamic environment to ensure production plans are delivered in full.
