Meridian Business Support is recruiting for Production & Fulfilment Operatives for temporary, ongoing work in Nuneaton (CV10) across the Christmas period in December 2025 for one of our key clients.
Hourly Rate: £12.33 per hour
Weekly Pay
Flexible shift patterns available

Free on-site parking
Shifts Available:
- AM Shift: 07:00 – 17:00
- PM Shift: 10:00 – 20:00
Responsibilities include:
- Adhere to on-site health and safety regulations.
- Prepare flowers by conditioning them, which includes removing outer packaging, trimming stems, removing lower foliage, and conducting basic quality checks.
- Handle a range of floral stems (including roses with thorns).
- Communicate any quality concerns with line leaders to uphold high standards.
- Conduct general cleaning duties to keep the work space safe and tidy.
- Pack a variety of products, including bouquets, house plants, dried flowers, and gift sets, with boxing and labelling.
- Use specific pallet specifications to palletise and cage finished products for transport.
- Raise any quality concerns with line leaders to maintain our high standards.
- Perform light cleaning duties to keep the work space organised and efficient.
