Meridian Business Support is recruiting for Production & Fulfilment Operatives for temporary, ongoing work in Nuneaton (CV10) across the Christmas period in December 2025 for one of our key clients.

Hourly Rate: £12.33 per hour

Weekly Pay

Flexible shift patterns available

Great on-site facilities

Free on-site parking

Shifts Available:

  • AM Shift: 07:00 – 17:00
  • PM Shift: 10:00 – 20:00

Responsibilities include:

  • Adhere to on-site health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare flowers by conditioning them, which includes removing outer packaging, trimming stems, removing lower foliage, and conducting basic quality checks.
  • Handle a range of floral stems (including roses with thorns).
  • Communicate any quality concerns with line leaders to uphold high standards.
  • Conduct general cleaning duties to keep the work space safe and tidy.
  • Pack a variety of products, including bouquets, house plants, dried flowers, and gift sets, with boxing and labelling.
  • Use specific pallet specifications to palletise and cage finished products for transport.
  • Raise any quality concerns with line leaders to maintain our high standards.
  • Perform light cleaning duties to keep the work space organised and efficient.
