Location: Pyewipe, Grimsby (DN31)

Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights Continental Shifts (12-hour shifts, 48 hours/week + Overtime)

Pay: Starting at £12.21 per hour + £3.74 shift allowance

Contract Type: Temporary with long-term opportunities

Meridian Business Support is proud to be partnering with Dunlop Oil and Marine a leading global manufacturer in the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Industrial Hose sector based in Grimsby. Recognised as a world-class production facility, they are expanding their team due to increased demand and are looking for additional Manufacturing Operatives / Production Operatives / Mechanical Assemblers to join their successful and growing workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting technicians and hose builders on the production line
• Assisting with machine operation, mechanical assembly, and fabrication
• General duties within a busy manufacturing / engineering workshop
• Adhering to health & safety procedures and quality standards
• Potential use of lifting equipment or cranes (training provided if needed)

• Mechanically-minded individuals or those with experience in:

• Machine Operation
• Mechanical Assembly / Production
• Skilled Manufacturing / Engineering
• Construction or Fabrication backgrounds

Pay Structure:

• Starting at £12.21/hour + £3.74/hour shift allowance
