We are looking for an experienced Service Quality Manager to support and improve care services across elderly care, homecare, and specialist services. The role is mainly based in Norfolk and Suffolk, with some travel to other locations when required. Reporting to the Co-Chief Operations Officer / Director of Service Quality, you will work closely with managers and operational teams to make sure services meet regulatory standards and deliver safe, high-quality care. You will monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide practical support to help teams stay compliant and maintain good standards.
