Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring the care team
  • Supporting with care planning and compliance
  • Completing audits
  • Ensuring regulatory standards are met
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals

About You

  • Experienced Senior Carer, Team Leader or Deputy Manager within residential or dementia care
  • Confident in leading teams and driving high standards
  • Knowledgeable of CQC regulations
  • Passionate, approachable and committed to delivering outstanding care
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential; Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it
