I am supporting a respected residential care home in the picturesque town of Brooke, Norwich, who are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong senior care experience who is passionate about providing exceptional standards of care.
Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the care team
- Supporting with care planning and compliance
- Completing audits
- Ensuring regulatory standards are met
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
About You
- Experienced Senior Carer, Team Leader or Deputy Manager within residential or dementia care
- Confident in leading teams and driving high standards
- Knowledgeable of CQC regulations
- Passionate, approachable and committed to delivering outstanding care
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential; Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it
