Join the team as a Senior IV Therapy Registered General Nurse at FreeSpirits, a leading clinical homecare company based in Gloucestershire. This is a temporary-to-permanent, fully community‑based role.

Role Overview

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based IV therapy and nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Work autonomously across your allocated region using your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement).
• Visit up to five patients per day, performing cannulation, patient education and ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, safeguarding, and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with Nursing Service Managers and clinical teams, manage emergencies, recognize early signs of deterioration and make sound, risk‑based clinical decisions.

Working Arrangements

• Full‑time, temporary‑to‑permanent position.
• £44,792.50 per annum (£22.97 per hour).
• Monday to Friday.
• Fully community‑based.
• Mileage reimbursement.
• Benefits: Pension Scheme, benefits platform and 20 days holiday.

Requirements

• Valid NMC PIN and at least 5 years of community‑based nursing experience.
• Minimum 12 months of cannulation experience.
• Team‑leading experience.
• High level of care, empathy and clinical decision‑making.
• Well‑organised and able to manage your own workload and itinerary.
• Basic IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own car (travel between patients is extensive).
