Meridian are working with a Yorkshire-based company that cover both Construction and MEP projects across the UK, and are growing their Project team. They are now looking to hire a Fit Out Project Administrator to help make the project administration process more efficient and support overall project delivery.
Your role will be to assist the project team with successful delivery of projects such as fit outs, commercial refurbishments, rip outs, and full 1st and 2nd fix installations. If you are an ambitious Project Administrator with experience in fit outs, and are looking for a permanent role with a wide variety of projects and career progression in a large, experienced team, then this role is perfect for you!
Benefits- Starting salary between £28k - £35k p.a (DoE)

- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within construction or fit-out sector
- Experience of construction fit outs and project delivery
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creating, maintaining and updating project documentation, plans, reports and records
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and producing accurate meeting minutes
- Assisting with project scheduling, by helping to track milestones and progress reports
- Supporting Project and Commercial teams with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and document control
- Acting as a central communication point between site teams, project managers, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date
- Working between the chain by helping streamline project co-ordination between onsite engineers and management, with office project/commercial teams
