Meridian business support is recruiting for FLT Driver / Warehouse operative with a Counterbalance FLT License to join on a temp to perm basis based in Port Sunlight area CH62.
Hours & Shifts: 4 Days on 6am-6pm/ 4 off/ 4 Nights on 6pm-6am/ 4 off. Must be able to work Days and Nights 6-6.
Pay Rate: Β£12.94 per hour + overtime after 42 hours @ Β£19.41 per hour.
Duties:
- Transport finished goods from the Production area for storage in the Warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all finished goods entering the Warehouse are wrapped to the customers' specification and report any defects to Supervision.
- Store finished goods in the correctly identified lanes.
- Check that finished goods are loaded to the correct specified documentation.
- Supply the Production Department with the correct packaging at all times removing sub-standard material.
- Carry out an accurate, twice weekly, packaging stock take.
- This role also involves handling the pump truck and general warehouse duties.
Skills and Experience:
- It is essential you hold a current RTITB or ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license.
- At least 12 months FLT experience.
- Previous experience working in a busy production environment.
