Your Role:
As a Support Worker, you\’ll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:
- Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
- Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
- Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families
Skills & Attributes:
- A caring and patient nature

- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
