We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team, working at our busy Guisborough office. With over 90 years of supporting clients across the Tees Valley and North Yorkshire, Freers Askew Bunting is a well-known and respected law firm. We’ve seen exceptional growth, with offices in Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Guisborough and Stokesley. We’re an exciting and dynamic firm to work in, with plans for expansion in the near future.

Responsibilities include:
- Handling a range of conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Managing your own caseload
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients in a user-friendly language
- Business development – building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals
