We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Corinthia Hotel London within the Corinthia Hotel Restaurant Department as a Restaurant Manager. As a Restaurant Manager, you must be passionate in delivering and conveying service excellence both in person and over the phone – this role requires you to provide a warm and friendly meeting and greeting service and to take reservations for the Corinthia Hotel Restaurant. You must be fully conversant with all of our menus within the Restaurant and be knowledgeable of all other Food & Beverage and Hotel Outlets. Our Restaurant Receptionists are encouraged to up-sell rooms and cross sell to our Food & Beverage Outlets.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong administrative skills and computer knowledge
  • Relevant experience in a 5-Star or fine dining property
  • Awareness of luxury service standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.
