We are seeking immigration solicitors, senior & advanced IAAS accredited caseworkers, and paralegals with or without IAAS accreditation. Training contracts are available.

Barnes Harrild & Dyer Solicitors is a leading law firm specializing in Immigration, Asylum & Human Rights law, with an outstanding reputation. We are recommended by the Legal 500 and have offices in Croydon and Central London.

We hold preferred legal aid contracts in Immigration/Asylum and Public Law, including Detained Duty Advice at various Immigration Removal Centres, and Detained Asylum Casework at others. We handle cases involving asylum, trafficking victims, detention, judicial review, and more.

Our team of lawyers is highly regarded, and as we expand, we seek to recruit paralegals and caseworkers to meet the high demand for our services. We invest in our staff with ongoing bespoke training, peer support, and opportunities for advancement. We support flexible and remote working, providing necessary equipment and access to our case management systems.

Salary and consultancy arrangements:

  • Paralegals with no accreditation: £15,000
  • Paralegals with trainee accreditation: £16,000
  • Paralegals with level 1 accreditation: £16,000 - £22,000
  • Salaries depend on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus schemes are available for qualified lawyers and high billers
  • Consultancy fee share arrangements are available
