Job Purpose

At Freemarket we are always looking to improve our client journey and user experience. Our service delivery is a blend of both technology and people, designed to create savings and drive operational efficiencies. As a part of our strategic development and continued improvement of our platform business, we are now looking to grow our Client Implementation team.
The Client Implementation Specialist will work alongside the Commercial, Client Support, Banking, Operations, Compliance and Technology teams and will be responsible for the implementation of Freemarket’s solution for its clients. Specifically, we want to onboard our new clients faster and more efficiently so that they can start using our services sooner.
This is an exciting role for somebody who is driven and ambitious. You will be the primary point of contact for our new clients, whilst managing the client delivery end to end.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage implementation workflows, automations and pipeline using an internal CRM.
• Manage internal stakeholders and SMEs to ensure that clients are delivered in line with agreed timelines and governance standards (minimum margins, agreed volumes etc)
• Provide validation of the client’s set-up from a technical and operational perspective, as well as ensuring the completeness of due diligence and legal documentation.
• Oversee client testing of the Freemarket solution through platform demonstrations.
• Ownership of all client-facing communications and meetings as required.
• Understand the clients’ needs and identify opportunities to improve the client experience within the Freemarket platform.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve implementation and client activation timeframes.
• Highlight relevant client delivery risks to team leaders and senior management.
• Support the newly onboarded clients through their testing and ramping stage.

• Willingness to travel as required across the UK or overseas and stay overnight at client locations.
• An interest in Payments, Banking, FX, and Treasury Management.
• Previous experience working in an early stage, high growth business is useful but not essential.
• Flexibility with some requirement to cover Public Holidays.
• Experience in a similar role advantageous.
