We are looking for a Growth Operations Lead (sometimes called a GTM Engineer) to join our expanding team. Job Purpose: Freemarket is building and scaling a modern, AI-enabled growth engine across multiple go-to-market channels including SDR outbound, BD-led enterprise sales, and signal-driven targeting and campaign execution. We are continuously evolving how we use AI, automation and tooling to increase the leverage of our commercial teams. The Growth Operations Lead will play a key role in ensuring the operational infrastructure behind these growth motions runs efficiently and scales with the business.

The Growth Operations Lead will focus on translating growth strategy into practical, executable systems across our GTM technology stack. In many organisations this type of role is often referred to as a GTM Engineer - someone who builds and operates the automation, data pipelines and tooling that power scalable go-to-market execution.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Client teams to support and improve workflows across CRM, enrichment platforms, automation tools and AI-driven systems - maintaining the operational backbone that enables Freemarket to effectively identify, engage and convert new clients, while ensuring strong data integrity from initial engagement through to revenue.

About You: We're looking for someone who combines strong operational thinking with a hands-on approach to building and improving systems. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with modern GTM tooling, automation and AI-driven workflows to improve how commercial teams operate - not just maintaining processes, but actively building and evolving them. You should be comfortable working across multiple systems, managing structured data pipelines and experimenting with new technologies that increase the efficiency and scalability of the growth engine. This closely aligns with a GTM Engineer profile - someone who enjoys connecting tools, building workflows and improving automation across the GTM stack.

Experience Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in Growth Operations, GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or a related role
  • Experience supporting sales or growth teams in B2B environments
  • Strong experience working with HubSpot
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tooling, automation platforms and enrichment systems
  • Experience supporting outbound or demand generation initiatives through operational and data infrastructure
  • Interest in automation, experimentation and AI-driven operational workflows
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, payments or B2B technology environments is advantageous but not essential
  • Previous experience working in fast-growing or early-stage environments is beneficial

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the execution of Freemarket's growth strategy by translating ICP definitions and campaign plans into operational workflows
  • Building and maintaining target account pipelines, segmentation and enrichment across platforms
  • Managing campaign datasets and supporting outbound and growth initiatives across SDR and BD teams
  • Maintaining structured account data across CRM and enrichment tools
  • Supporting segmentation and targeting processes used across campaigns
  • Ensuring SDRs and BDs operate with clean, enriched and reliable account data
  • Developing and maintaining cross platform automation workflows that support campaign execution, outreach activity and internal processes
  • Supporting experimentation with new AI-driven workflows and automation that increase the leverage of the growth and sales teams
  • Working across Freemarket's GTM stack to ensure systems operate efficiently together
  • Supporting the connection and coordination of platforms across the GTM stack
  • Ensuring operational processes run smoothly across SDR, BD and Client teams
  • Helping commercial teams operate more efficiently by improving underlying systems
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve targeting, workflows and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining data integrity across systems to ensure accurate tracking from engagement through to SQL, opportunity and revenue
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of Freemarket's AI-enabled growth infrastructure
