ABOUT THE ROLE

To plan and execute the optimisation of the brand websites maximising customer conversion, orders and demand.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist the Senior Online Merchandiser in driving day‑to‑day brand performance through effective merchandising and product presentation.
  • Enhancing product discoverability by optimising site navigation, taxonomy, search functionality, filters and category pages to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Applying strategic merchandising techniques to optimise product ordering, maximising visibility, conversion and overall commercial performance.
  • Conducting routine quality checks to ensure the site consistently meets high standards of accuracy and presentation.
  • Preparing regular daily, weekly, and seasonal trading reports on product performance, channel mix, and onsite search to identify trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Buying and Marketing teams to ensure seamless new product launches.
  • Execute and evaluate the onsite launch of sale and seasonal marketing campaigns throughout the year, partnering with the Digital Optimisation & Campaigns team to ensure customer journey alignment.
  • Using Adobe Analytics weekly to help optimise trading plans, product sales and customer experience.
  • Partner with Analytics and UX teams to design and recommend A/B tests that support business objectives.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives, including credit/discount plans and content management tasks such as SEO, blogs, and help sections.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business, particularly with Creative, Buying & Merchandising, Digital Campaign, Email, and Analytics teams.
