Freemans Event Partners are recruiting enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team for Car Fest 2026 at Silverstone — one of our biggest events of the summer! You'll be working across a range of bars serving festival-goers over three action-packed days, with the buzz and energy of a major event and a brilliant team around you. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with bar experience looking to earn great money over a fun, fast-paced weekend.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serving drinks efficiently and providing excellent customer service
  • Working as part of a team to keep the bar running smoothly during busy periods
  • Handling cash and card payments accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar area
  • Following all licensing and health & safety requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bar experience is essential
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure

  • Reliability and punctuality across all shifts
