As part of our food truck and mobile kitchen teams, you'll play a key role in preparing and serving delicious food in a busy, high-energy event environment. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with your teammates, you'll help deliver fast, efficient service while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food quickly and efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Operate cooking and serving equipment safely and correctly within a mobile kitchen or food truck setup
- Restock supplies and assist with managing stock to minimise waste
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or high-volume food service
- Experience working on an event food truck or stand is preferred
- Strong food preparation and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Friendly, reliable, and a true team player
- Flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is desirable

Hours & Contract
This is a casual, event-based role, with shifts scheduled around event and venue fixture calendars. Once registered, you'll have access to our scheduling app, where you can browse upcoming events and sign up for shifts that suit your availability. Pay £13 - £15 per hour plus holiday pay, depending on experience.
