Responsibilities:

  • Cooking high volumes of food on busy grill sections during live events
  • Preparing and serving food quickly while maintaining excellent quality and presentation
  • Working across food trucks, concession stands, and temporary event kitchens
  • Managing grill timing, stock rotation, and food consistency during peak service periods
  • Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Supporting the wider kitchen and service team to keep operations running smoothly
  • Assisting with set‑up, close‑down, cleaning, and organisation of units
  • Delivering fast, efficient service without compromising quality

This role is all about pace, consistency, and teamwork. You'll need to stay calm under pressure while producing high‑quality food during extremely busy service periods.

  • Minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work long event shifts
  • Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in busy event environments with high customer demand

Availability & Hours:

  • Dates: 2nd‑5th July
  • Approx. 30‑40 hours across the event weekend

Compensation:
