Be part of the team delivering an unforgettable visitor experience at one of the UK's most iconic historic venues, as Blenheim Palace is transformed for two of the biggest events in its seasonal calendar. With shifts available from mid-October through to January, this is a fantastic opportunity to pick up flexible work throughout the autumn and festive season. Job requirements Are aged 18 or over. Have previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential). Thrive in busy, fast-paced environments. Have excellent customer service and communication skills. Are reliable, punctual and hardworking. Enjoy working as part of a team. Are available for shifts between mid-October and January, including evenings and weekends. Are comfortable working at an outdoor seasonal event during the autumn and winter months. Job responsibilities Serve beer, wine, spirits, hot drinks and soft drinks quickly and accurately. Deliver friendly and professional customer service. Operate tills and process payments accurately. Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area. Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties. Support with bar setup and close-down procedures.
