Contract: Casual, Event-Based Join the Team for the 2026 Autumn Internationals We're recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join our team at Scottish Gas Murrayfield for Scotland's huge 2026 Autumn International fixtures.

Be part of the incredible matchday atmosphere as Scotland welcome New Zealand, Australia and Japan to Edinburgh this November.

You'll have the opportunity to work across the following fixtures: Scotland v New Zealand – Saturday 7 November 2026 Scotland v Australia – Sunday 15 November 2026 Scotland v Japan – Saturday 21 November 2026 Whether you already have catering experience or are looking to gain valuable experience within major sporting events, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced event hospitality team.

With flexible, event-based work and opportunities at other major sporting events, festivals and live venues across the UK, there are plenty of opportunities to continue working with Freemans Event Partners throughout the year.

Job requirements Are enthusiastic about delivering great customer service.

Enjoy working in busy, fast-paced environments.

Are reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Have excellent communication skills.

Work well as part of a team.

Have previous catering or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).

Are available to work the Autumn International matchdays at Murrayfield.

Job responsibilities Serve food and refreshments quickly, accurately and professionally.

Provide friendly and welcoming customer service.

Operate tills and process customer payments accurately.

Assist with basic food preparation and service where required.

Replenish food, packaging and other supplies throughout service.

Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Follow food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures.

Assist with setup and close-down of catering areas.

Work closely with your team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
