We are looking for engaging and sociable hospitality staff to join us on 27th December at Sixways Stadium for an approximately 8-hour shift, with the opportunity for future shifts in 2026 for the right candidates.
As a member of our hospitality team at Sixways Stadium, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to guests during matches and other events. You will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience by providing a high-quality drinks service, responding to guest enquiries, and maintaining a clean and well-organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
- Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner.
- Serve drinks in line with our high service standards.
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the stadium, events, and services.
- Maintain clean and organised work areas, including bars, counters, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down hospitality areas before and after events.
- Monitor and replenish bar stock to ensure consistent availability.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations.
