The Role
You'll work within busy bars across Sixways Stadium, delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service while helping to create an outstanding matchday experience for Worcester Warriors supporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Operate tills and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑stocked bar area.
- Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
- Support with bar setup and close‑down procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service throughout each matchday.
About You
We're looking for people who
- Are aged
18 or over .
- Have previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
- Thrive in busy, fast‑paced environments.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Can work evenings, weekends, and matchdays throughout the season.
