About the Job:
Freemans Event Partners is recruiting experienced and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium beauty and lifestyle brand as part of an exciting Christmas activation at a prestigious venue in Oxfordshire. The activation will operate seven days a week, with Brand Ambassadors working five days per week on a rota basis. We are looking to build a consistent team who can work regularly throughout the festive period. This is a highly customer-focused role combining brand engagement, product sampling, retail and an interactive guest experience. Full brand and product training will be provided before the activation begins.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and proactively engaging with visitors.
- Introducing customers to the brand and its products.
- Providing product samples and explaining key product features.
- Supporting retail sales and processing card payments.
- Encouraging guests to participate in an interactive festive photo experience.
- Maintaining excellent presentation standards across the activation.
- Keeping product displays stocked, organised and visually appealing.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure the activation runs smoothly.
- Acting as a positive and professional representative of the brand at all times.
Job Requirements & Benefits:
We are looking for individuals who are confident, personable, professional and comfortable approaching and engaging with members of the public. Previous experience in brand activation, promotional work, beauty, retail, events, hospitality or another customer-facing environment is highly desirable. You must be reliable, well presented and comfortable working in a busy environment throughout the festive season. In return, you will receive £15.00 per hour, approximately 40 hours of work per week across five days, full brand and product training, a provided branded uniform, and the opportunity to work on a high-profile festive activation with the potential for further Brand Ambassador opportunities with Freemans Event Partners.
