We are recruiting reliable and organised Event Stock Delivery Operatives to support our event operations by ensuring pre-picked stock is delivered accurately and efficiently to onsite concessionaires. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are comfortable working independently in busy event environments and take pride in completing tasks to a high standard.
The Role
As an Event Stock Delivery Operative, you will play an important part in ensuring event outlets receive the correct stock on time. Working closely with drivers and onsite teams, you will coordinate access, manage deliveries, and provide clear confirmation that stock has been successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet delivery drivers on arrival and facilitate access to the event venue
- Coordinate entry procedures in line with venue requirements
- Deliver pre-picked stock to designated concessionaires onsite
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently
- Take clear photographic evidence of each completed delivery
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or access issues promptly to management
Working Hours
Deliveries typically take place between 09:30 – 14:30. Timings may vary depending on venue access and operational requirements.

Additional Information
Start date: May 2026. A full event calendar will be shared with successful applicants. Casual, event-based work with flexible shifts throughout the season. Work may include weekends and varied start/finish times. Primarily based at outdoor event venues.
