The Product Manager – Payment Integrations is responsible for managing and developing the integration ecosystem for FEP PAY, Freemans Event Partners’ payment technology solution for the live events, hospitality and sports industries. The role focuses on delivering seamless integrations between FEP PAY and third-party platforms including EPOS, ticketing, hospitality and eCommerce systems. Working across technical, commercial and operational teams, the position ensures integrations are scalable, secure and aligned with partner and customer requirements.
Acting as the link between external software providers and internal stakeholders, the role combines product strategy, stakeholder management and technical delivery to support innovation, operational efficiency and revenue growth across FEP PAY’s partner network.
Requirements
- Essential
- Proven experience in a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager or Integration Product role.
- Experience working with payment platforms, fintech solutions, EPOS systems or transactional technologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations and software development lifecycles.
- Experience managing third-party software integrations and external technology partnerships.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility and business priorities.
- Experience working within agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of payment security, PCI compliance and data governance principles.

- Knowledge of omnichannel payment systems and customer transaction journeys.
