  • Managing grill timing, stock rotation, and food consistency during peak service periods
  • Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Supporting the wider kitchen and service team to keep operations running smoothly
  • Assisting with set‑up, close‑down, cleaning, and organisation of units
  • Delivering fast, efficient service without compromising quality

This role is all about pace, consistency, and teamwork. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure while producing high‑quality food during extremely busy service periods.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working on a grill in fast‑paced catering, street food, stadium, festival, or hospitality environments
  • Ability to cook quickly and confidently under pressure
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work long event shifts
  • Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in busy event environments with high customer demand
  • Passion for quality food and efficient service

Specific menu and operational training will be provided before service, so you’ll be fully prepared for the event.
