Join the action at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, the home of Scottish Rugby, and lead our catering operations at one of Scotland’s most iconic sporting and entertainment venues. We are looking for an experienced Food Truck Catering Manager to run mobile kitchens at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh. You’ll lead the team, keep service moving fast, and deliver great food to thousands of hungry fans.
Hours: Casual, event-based (evenings & weekends) however, you must be available for training on 12 & 13 February and for the two Six Nations fixtures on 14 February and 7 March.
Pay: £16–£18 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience).
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing food truck operations on event days.
- Leading, training and supporting catering staff.
- Maintaining food quality, speed, and hygiene standards.
- Stock control and waste management.
- Delivering smooth service during busy periods.
You’ll need:
- Event or high-volume catering experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
