We’re looking for an experienced and confident Food Truck Catering Manager to oversee a catering unit at our London Venues. You’ll ensure the unit operates efficiently, maintain exceptional food and hygiene standards, and deliver fast, high‑quality service to thousands of fans.
Hours: Casual, event‑based (evenings & weekends).

Pay: £17–£18 per hour + 12/07% holiday pay (depending on experience).
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operation across a food truck
- Cooking food on the unit
- Leading, training, and motivating staff
- Maintaining food quality, speed of service, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Managing service flow and queue control during peak trading periods
- Opening and closing both units efficiently
- Stock control, wastage management, and operational oversight across both trucks
- Acting as the senior point of contact for FOH during events
You’ll need:
- 3+ years’ experience in high‑volume hospitality, street food, or event catering
- Proven experience leading a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams at once
- Experience overseeing service flow in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Confidence making quick decisions during live events
- Excellent organisational and delegation skills
- Level 2/3 Food Hygiene (essential or willingness to obtain)
