Requirements
β’ Previous experience within a sales support, internal sales or customer account management environment
β’ Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
β’ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
β’ Ability to identify opportunities and proactively improve processes
β’ Good financial understanding and ability to reconcile figures
β’ Fully ICT literate and competent in all Microsoft Office applications
β’ Intermediate to advanced Excel capability
β’ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
β’ Ability to work independently and make decisions within agreed guidelines
β’ Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
