Job Title: Events Food & Beverage Manager – (12 Month Fixed Term)
Location: London (with travel across various event sites)
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days per week (flexibility required)

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Events Food & Beverage Manager to lead the full operational delivery of our food and beverage services across some of the biggest and most exciting events in London . This is more than just a job – it’s a rewarding opportunity to be part of unforgettable experiences, delivering top-tier service at festivals, stadiums, corporate functions, and high-profile occasions.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality management (events experience is a bonus)

• A natural people leader who brings energy, fun, and positivity to the team

• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Willing to travel across London and work a flexible 5 out of 7-day schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Hands-on and unafraid to roll up your sleeves when needed

• Barista training is a plus, but not essential – we can teach you!

• You lead by example – respectful, enthusiastic, and always up for a challenge

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operation of the food & beverage unit onsite, from set-up to service and close-down

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of F&B staff, creating a supportive and motivated environment

• Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently across all outlets and events

• Work closely with event planners, catering partners, and suppliers to deliver smooth operations

• Monitor stock, costs, and quality control, maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards

• Be a visible leader on the floor , setting the tone for energy, professionalism, and fun

• Manage scheduling and team logistics, adapting quickly to changing event needs

• Maintain compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
