Job Title: Events Food & Beverage Manager – (12 Month Fixed Term)
Location: London (with travel across various event sites)
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days per week (flexibility required)

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Events Food & Beverage Manager to lead the full operational delivery of our food and beverage services across some of the biggest and most exciting events in London . This is more than just a job – it’s a rewarding opportunity to be part of unforgettable experiences, delivering top-tier service at festivals, stadiums, corporate functions, and high-profile occasions.
Job Requirements

Previous experience in F&B or hospitality management (events experience is a bonus)

A natural people leader who brings energy, fun, and positivity to the team

Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences

Strong organisational and communication skills

Willing to travel across London and work a flexible 5 out of 7-day schedule, including evenings and weekends

Hands-on and unafraid to roll up your sleeves when needed

Barista training is a plus, but not essential – we can teach you!

You lead by example – respectful, enthusiastic, and always up for a challenge
Job Responsibilities

Oversee the full operation of the food & beverage unit onsite, from set-up to service and close-down

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of F&B staff, creating a supportive and motivated environment

Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently across all outlets and events

Work closely with event planners, catering partners, and suppliers to deliver smooth operations

Monitor stock, costs, and quality control, maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards

Be a visible leader on the floor , setting the tone for energy, professionalism, and fun

Manage scheduling and team logistics, adapting quickly to changing event needs

Maintain compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
