Description
The Event Assistant plays a key supporting role in our operations team to ensure we provide world-class experiences across our events.
Working closely with our Event Managers, this hands-on role supports planning, setup, live event delivery, and breakdown.
It is suited to someone energetic, proactive, organised, and ready to get stuck in when needed.
Requirements
Essential
- Full, clean UK driving licence (required due to extensive travel to event sites).
- Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take a hands-on approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, honest, and able to maintain high personal standards.
- Attention to detail with good organisational skills.
- Willing and able to travel extensively and stay away from home, including weekends.
