Hours & Contract
This is a casual, event-based role. Shifts will vary depending on the event calendar, including major sporting fixtures, concerts, and live entertainment. Once registered, you’ll have access to our scheduling app, where you can view and sign up for shifts that suit your availability.
About the Role
As a Costa Barista, you’ll be part of our vibrant events team, preparing and serving Costa’s signature drinks to the highest standard across multiple exciting venues. You’ll deliver a friendly, efficient service, keep your workspace clean and well-stocked, and help ensure every customer enjoys their experience - even during the busiest rushes. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Costa’s full range of hot and cold beverages to brand standards.
