This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced coffee and hospitality professionals to lead busy coffee operations at one of the UK's leading sporting venues.

The Role

As a

Coffee Manager , you'll lead one of our busy coffee operations within Scottish Gas Murrayfield, ensuring your team delivers consistently high-quality drinks alongside fast and friendly customer service.

You’ll take responsibility for your outlet from setup through to close-down, maintaining excellent standards even during the busiest periods of the matchday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, brief and motivate baristas and coffee team members.
  • Ensure coffee outlets are fully set up and ready for service.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of coffee and hot drinks.
  • Maintain product quality and consistency throughout service.
  • Manage queues and ensure fast, efficient service during peak periods.
  • Monitor stock including coffee, milk, cups and other consumables.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment throughout the event.
  • Oversee till and cashless payment procedures.
  • Ensure equipment is used safely and correctly.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues during service.
  • Manage outlet close-down procedures.
  • Work closely with senior event management.

About You

We're looking for people who

  • Have previous coffee shop, café or hospitality management experience.
  • Have strong knowledge of coffee preparation and service.
  • Have experience leading or supervising teams.
  • Are confident working within high-volume environments.
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Are organised and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Remain calm and professional during busy service periods.
  • Have a strong focus on quality and presentation.
  • Are available to work the Autumn International matchdays at Murrayfield.
