About The Job

This isn’t your average bar job – it’s Christmas made magical! And we need brilliant Bar Supervisors to lead our team of superstar bar staff and help make the magic happen between 26th November 2025 – 31st December 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading a team of bar staff to deliver smooth, efficient service across our bars.
  • Jumping in to serve mulled wine, festive cocktails, and bundles when things get busy.
  • Inspiring your team to bring the sparkle with top-notch service – from speedy sales at the Forest Bar to table service in the Cabaret Room (where actors perform right in front of you!).
  • Taking responsibility for stock checks, bar set-up, and cash handling.
  • Making sure your team keeps the bars tidy, stocked, and running like clockwork all night long.
  • Supporting and coaching staff to spread Christmas cheer with every order.
  • Helping guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in – you’re part of the first impression magic.
  • Driving sales and upselling festive bundles with confidence (because who doesn’t want popcorn with their Christmas movie?).

What We’re Looking For

  • 18+ (sorry, Santa’s rules – you’ll be serving alcohol).
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality, events, or bars.
  • Confident in managing both people and processes, with strong organisational skills.
  • A big smile and a warm, approachable attitude – you know how to lead by example.
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, buzzing, festive environment.
  • Availability to work across the season (and not afraid of a few Christmas jingles stuck in your head).

The Details

  • Training: One full day’s training before opening.
  • Uniform: White shirt, black waistcoat, black trousers, black shoes (classic cinema “usher” style).
  • Team setup: Each shift will have 5 bar staff + 1 supervisor (that’s you!).
  • Contract: Casual, full event run.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Work at London’s most magical Christmas cinema.
  • Be part of an immersive show – where every shift feels like stepping into a Christmas movie.
