Freemans Event Partners is hiring friendly, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our bar and catering teams at Victorious Festival 2025 in Portsmouth. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, whether experienced or new to hospitality, who are eager to contribute to an exciting event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service – Providing excellent service to guests professionally and courteously.
• Food & Beverage Service – Assisting with food and drinks preparation and service to high standards.
• Bar Operation – Pouring and serving beverages responsibly and efficiently (for bar roles).
• Till Operation – Handling transactions accurately with point-of-sale systems.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene – Maintaining clean, organized workspaces and adhering to hygiene standards.
• Team Collaboration – Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 or over (for licensing and insurance).
• Professional, approachable, and reliable.
• Availability to work all 3 days of the festival.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical aspects of the role.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar work is preferred but not essential – full training provided.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Important Information:

• This is a working opportunity, not a free festival ticket. Misuse of role may result in removal from site.
• Shifts may range from 6 to 12 hours depending on the role.
• Camping is provided for non-local staff; please bring your own camping gear.
• Toilet and shower facilities are available.
• Meals are provided; additional snacks or personal food are encouraged.

Supervisors & Managers:

If you hold a Personal Licence or have supervisory/management experience, please indicate this in your application. Additional opportunities may be available.
