Join the Team at Victorious Festival 2025 in Portsmouth from August 22–24, 2025. Freemans Event Partners is now hiring friendly, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our bar and catering teams. Whether you’re experienced or new to hospitality, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are ready to contribute to an exciting and dynamic event.

Important Information

  • This is a working opportunity, not a free ticket to the festival. Any misuse of this role will result in removal from the site.
  • Shifts may vary between 6 to 12 hours depending on the role.
  • Camping is provided for non-local staff. You will need to bring your own camping equipment (tent, sleeping bag, toiletries, warm clothing, etc.).
  • Toilet and shower facilities will be available.
  • Meals are provided, but you are encouraged to bring extra snacks or personal food items.

Job Requirements

  • Customer Service - Delivering excellent service to guests in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Food & Beverage Service - Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and drinks to high standards.
  • Bar Operation - Pouring and serving beverages responsibly and efficiently (bar roles only).
  • Till Operation - Handling transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene - Maintaining clean and organised workspaces and complying with hygiene standards.
  • Team Collaboration - Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Supervisors & Managers

If you hold a Personal Licence or have experience in a supervisory or management role, please indicate this in your application. We may have additional opportunities for you.
