As a Technology Project Manager, you will:
- Drive forward the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget.
- Manage the day to day delivery of high-quality technology transformation work, delivering solutions for our clients on-time and on-budget using a variety of delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall.
- Manage end to end technical delivery across the entire delivery lifecycle.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to support design and implementation work.
- Effectively manage all risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Work closely with our clients to ensure there are no gaps in their expectation and our delivery assumptions and plans.
- Develop and manage e2e delivery plans.
- Use a variety of delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall.
- Manage multi-functional and geographically diverse teams running the end to end technical delivery across the entire lifecycle.
- Develop and enhance relationships with clients to become a trusted delivery partner.
- Clearly communicate delivery approaches and decisions to others and take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

Priority Skill: Agile Methodology
- Proven ability of successfully managing entire projects or phases of projects across the delivery lifecycle (design, build and test) along with effective management of the associated budgets.
- Experience of using different delivery methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.
- Understanding of key Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependency Management.
- Strong communication skills with experience of working with clients and ideally delivery centres in different global locations.
- Strong organisational skills managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience of line managing resources and project managing a team of resources.
- Strong skillset in technical phases in one or more of the delivery phases such as Technical Architecture, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Technical Design etc.
- Proven ability of successful project and programme delivery at scale using Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile methodology.
- Extensive experience of project delivery across methodologies and technologies including programme governance, stakeholder management and budgetary control.

- Mastery of managing complex deliveries coordinating with internal teams, client teams and 3rd party resources with work plans at scale.
- Experience of working within the public or health sector, if not then an interest to work with public sector clients and to build your knowledge of delivering solutions for the UK Government.
- Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Cloud/SaaS/Industry certifications and credentials.
- Demonstrate a strong Technical and Emotional Quotient.
