We are a growing Civil Engineering firm looking for an Engineer in Training. This is a ground level opportunity to learn and develop your engineering skills in multiple areas of work while being mentored by seasoned and experienced professional engineers. Your experience will include being responsible for small projects and assisting the team with larger, more complex projects. Our clients are everything to us and we serve clients well. Qualifications:
- ABET Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Required
- EIT certification preferred.
- Graduate Civil Engineer to 2 years experience preferred.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office suite.
Responsibilities:
- Work with experienced Project Managers to develop and design a variety of projects.
- Be responsible for daily production and creation of engineered drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Work with others in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Assist with engineering design to include basic calculations, site planning, site grading, utility layout and design, construction observation, construction management, payment application, and entitlements processes.
- Coordinate work-load and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Coordinate with clients and office staff to get projects completed.
- Other duties as assigned.
