Forest is looking for a Junior Advertising Account Executive to manage our advertising partnerships and ensure their campaigns achieve maximum success. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, coordinating campaign execution, and optimising ad performance across our platform. As the main point of contact for our advertisers and agency partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring campaign objectives are met while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Managing Forest’s advertising partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to campaign delivery.
- Working closely with advertisers and agencies to understand their goals and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
- Overseeing campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven optimisations to enhance results.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to improve performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop and refine advertising solutions.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure advertisers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Identifying upsell and renewal opportunities to drive long-term advertiser relationships.
Role Requirements
- You have 2-3 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or campaign management.
- You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- You have strong analytical skills, using data insights to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
- You’re a great communicator, confident in presenting campaign reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- You have experience with digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360) and understand key advertising performance metrics.
- You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
