We are looking for a highly experienced YouTube Thumbnail Artist for long-term collaboration. This is NOT an entry-level position. We need someone who truly understands:
- High CTR thumbnail design
- Advanced Photoshop techniques
- Layered compositions
- Lighting, depth, and strong visual hierarchy
- Emotional triggers and storytelling in a single frame
Important: We are NOT looking for AI-style, generic, template-based thumbnails. We want handcrafted, premium-quality thumbnails with real depth, multiple layers, strong color grading, and professional retouching.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails
- Strong portfolio (must include real YouTube thumbnails)
- Advanced Photoshop skills (layering, masking, compositing, color grading)
- Ability to deliver high-impact, scroll-stopping designs
- Reliable and able to deliver at least 7 thumbnails per week
- Fast communication
Budget: $10 per thumbnail
Minimum 7 thumbnails per week. Long-term opportunity for the right person.
