Core Responsibilities
- Oversee complete YouTube channel management
- Create and implement a data-driven growth strategy
- Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for SEO performance
- Improve thumbnails and click-through rates (CTR)
- Develop and manage a YouTube Shorts growth strategy
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Track and analyze key metrics (views, watch time, retention, CTR, subscriber growth)
- Deliver performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Engage with the community through comment management
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging trends
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and content creators to enhance output quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing YouTube channels
- Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and monetization strategies
- Proven track record of organic audience growth
- Deep understanding of audience retention and engagement techniques
- Proficiency in YouTube Studio and analytics tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Contract duration of less than 1 month with 30 hours per week.
