We are looking to hire a FT WordPress Elementor designer/builder. Ideally someone with a great eye for custom builds for our clients. Please let me know if you are currently looking for work and interested in FT.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, understands the importance of clean formatting and user experience, and enjoys collaborating with others to create exceptional websites. The ideal candidate blends creativity with technical skill, stays current with modern tools, and knows how to use AI-assisted workflows to enhance efficiency—while ensuring every site feels original, human-centered, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build visually compelling, high-performing WordPress websites
  • Collaborate closely with our team to bring creative concepts to life
  • Ensure consistent formatting, typography, and layout across all pages
  • Optimize websites for responsiveness, speed, and SEO best practices
  • Customize themes and work with plugins to extend site functionality
  • Translate brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences
  • Use modern tools responsibly to support productivity while maintaining authenticity in design
  • Troubleshoot design or layout issues and continuously improve site performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional WordPress design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, conversion-focused websites
  • Deep understanding of design principles, UX/UI, and visual hierarchy
  • Proficiency with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and formatting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
