Classic Holiday provides synthetic ice skating rinks and snow tube slide rentals for cities, Parks & Recreation departments, HOAs, shopping centers, and institutional events. Our service area is a 350-mile radius from Dallas, TX, including Austin, New Braunfels, and San Antonio.
Project Goals
- Establish the site as a regional authority within a 350-mile service area
- Increase qualified inbound leads and quote approvals
- Optimize the site for municipal and Parks & Recreation buyers
- Implement AI-powered lead responses and follow-ups
- Standardize quotes, deposits, and approval workflows
Scope of Work (Summary)
You will be responsible for implementing all of the following inside Wix:
- Regional SEO authority build (350-mile service area)
- Dedicated Snow Tube Slide landing page (conversion-focused)
- On-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links)
- FAQ, LocalBusiness, and Service schema (JSON-LD)
- GA4 setup with conversion tracking (forms, calls, quotes)
- Wix AI / Ascend automations:
- Instant inquiry response
- 48h / 7d / 14d follow-ups
- Quote templates (Ice / Slide / Bundle)
- Municipal-friendly Terms & Conditions
- Strategic deposit language
- Google Business Profile optimization
This is an SEO + conversion + automation build.
Contract Structure & Budget
- Fixed price: $5,000 USD
- Milestone-based payments: 5 milestones at 20% each
- Payment is released only after checklist approval
Milestones include:
- Foundation & analytics
- Core SEO & regional authority
- Snow Tube Slide landing page
- Wix AI & automations
- Quotes, GBP, and final QAA detailed milestone checklist will be provided and enforced.
