I'm hiring an experienced Wikipedia editor to edit and submit a Wikipedia article draft for review and publication. This job is only for editors who already understand Wikipedia's rules and processes, including notability, neutral point of view, conflict of interest, and reliable sourcing, and who can submit via Articles for Creation (AfC) properly. This is not a writing-from-scratch gig. The draft exists and needs improvement, compliance checks, sourcing improvements, formatting, and a clean submission.
Scope of work:
- Review the existing draft and identify gaps vs. Wikipedia requirements (notability, tone, sourcing, COI risk).
- Edit for neutral tone (NPOV), remove promotional wording, and ensure encyclopedic style.
- Improve structure and Wikipedia formatting (lead section, sections, references, categories if applicable, infobox if appropriate).
- Verify, add, and format independent reliable sources (no press-release stuffing).
- Ensure compliance with Wikipedia guidelines.
- Submit the article via AfC (or advise the best compliant path if AfC is not appropriate).
- After submission: respond to initial reviewer feedback (one revision round included).
