We're looking for a serious Webflow expert to help us implement high-quality Figma designs into Webflow. This starts as a one-time project, but if we click, we have ongoing work ready. We produce clean, detailed Figma files with proper structure and components. Now we need someone who can translate that level of quality into Webflow — properly, cleanly, and following best practices.
What You'll Do
- Build pixel-accurate pages from Figma in Webflow
- Configure responsiveness properly (no hacks)
- Connect layouts to Webflow CMS fields
- Implement complex forms (including conditional logic)
- Structure projects cleanly for scalability
What We Care About
- We are strict about clean builds.
- No hidden snippets randomly placed
- No shortcuts that break scalability
- No messy Navigator structure
- No unnecessary custom code when native Webflow handles it
We want someone who builds as if they'll maintain the project long term.
Required Skills
- Strong Webflow expertise (2+ years preferred)
- CMS-heavy project experience
- Experience building conditional/multi-step forms
- Strong eye for detail
- Fast communication and reliability
Bonus
- Experience with Client-First (or similar structure system)
- Advanced interactions experience
- Light custom JS knowledge (when truly necessary)
When Applying, Please:
- Share 2–3 Webflow projects you built from Figma
- Explain how you structure your Webflow projects
- Describe a complex form you implemented and how you handled conditionals
- Confirm your availability this week
Budget: Open to fixed price or hourly — depends on experience.
Timeline: Ready to start immediately.
If you're someone who takes pride in clean builds and long-term quality, we'd love to work together. Contract duration of 1 to 3 months, with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Figma, Webflow
