RFQ Management (Primary Function)
- Monitor RFQ inbox
- Log all RFQs in tracking sheet/CRM
- Assign reference numbers
- Send professional acknowledgment emails
- Identify missing information and request clarification
- Track submission deadlines
- Follow up internally to ensure quotes go out
- Maintain clean RFQ records
Lead Generation (Secondary Function)
- Research oil & gas, energy, industrial companies
- Identify procurement managers / technical buyers
- Build structured lead lists
- Verify emails (no generic scraping)
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Track outreach status
Mandatory Skills Required:
