We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Operations & Data Management Assistant to support daily business operations and ensure accurate data handling across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining structured records, managing operational tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurate data entry and database management
- Organizing and maintaining spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Updating CRM systems and internal dashboards
- Managing and organizing emails
- Preparing reports, summaries, and documentation
- Tracking tasks and updating project status sheets
- Assisting with operational coordination and follow-ups
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
- Supporting team communication and administrative processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written communication skills
