We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our small business with a variety of tasks. The workload will vary from week to week, as some projects are seasonal and task-based, so this role is best suited for someone who enjoys flexibility and variety in their work.
Tasks may include (but are not limited to):
- Sending and responding to emails to clients
- Creating and editing simple designs in Canva
- Creating and managing Google Forms, spreadsheets, Docs
- Posting articles through Wordpress
- Data entry and basic organization
- Scheduling and administrative support
- Light research and online tasks
- Other general virtual assistant duties as needed
Hours & Schedule:
- Hours will vary week to week depending on workload
- Some weeks may be light; other weeks may be busier
- This is an ongoing role, not a one-time project
Ideal for someone who is comfortable with flexible and seasonal work.
Requirements:
- Strong written English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, Wordpress
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Reliable and responsive with good communication
- Previous virtual assistant experience is a plus, but not required
