We own a fast-growing residential painting company, A Brush Above Painting, and we are looking for a skilled video editor who understands how to edit for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, not cinematic YouTube videos. We do interior and exterior painting, and we regularly film:
- Before and after shots
- Painting process footage
- Homeowner testimonials
- Job site walkthroughs
- Crew working footage
Your job is to turn this raw footage into high-converting ad creatives.
What We Need
We are looking for someone who understands:
- Hook-first editing (first 3 seconds matter)
- Fast pacing, captions, pattern interrupts
- Editing for conversions, not aesthetics
- UGC-style ad formats
- Split tests and variations from the same footage
Responsibilities
- Edit 8–15 Meta ad creatives per month
- Create multiple variations from the same footage
- Add captions, sound effects, zooms, cuts, hooks
- Follow simple creative briefs
- Deliver in 9:16 and 1:1 formats
- Fast turnaround (48–72 hours)
Must Have Experience With
- Editing Meta / Facebook ad creatives
- CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Caption styling for ads
